Project Description

Steven A. Moore, PhD, RA, is the Bartlett Cocke Regents Professor Emeritus in Architecture and Planning at the University of Texas at Austin. His interdisciplinary scholarship, pedagogy and activism explores the interaction between societies and the technologies they use to transform nature. He has received an Individual Scholar Award from the National Science Foundation, is a Loeb Fellow of the Harvard Graduate School of Design, and has authored or edited seven books, over twenty peer-reviewed articles as well as fifty-some book chapters. His current book project is: Infrastructure Foibles: Maine’s changing People, Technology and Nature. Moore’s official website can be found at: https://stevenamoore.net/.
